``Tribe: Welcome back Vanna, and a pleasant surprise. We ought to have a chat before we start. ``Vanna: I need some of your cracker beans and a bake? ``Tribe: Certus. You have been learning our language. ``Vanna: I have a good teacher, Advisor. --- Here you are. ``Vanna: That is better. ``Tribe: They are not against your buzz word, but there is a long winded procedure to get it adopted, and that is what all the problem is over. They too need to change their ways and make things more transparent. ``Vanna: Anything else been happening? ``Tribe: Not really as your buzz word has dominated the air waves. ``Vanna: I am wondering which way to take on this talk. ``Tribe: You mean you do not make it up? ``Vanna: Never, it is always inspirational. ``Tribe: Oh I see. --- I welcome back Vanna, to another packed audience, and her next talk will be inspirational, but qaa one knows what it is going to be about. Vanna?

``Vanna: Welcome folks. I do not make it up as it is inspired from our thoughts. Neither was I expecting to be here now, and we must all get back to normality and not to do things as a demand. I have been back to Planta for a single's holiday, as I do often when I come here. Naturally I was roped in to giving a talk, which was expected, but I was also seconded into the lower circle to sort out more of their internal problems, as no one would give in and resign.

Am I creating a rod for my own back, because will those Beings who I have to sacked, go against me? One Being was absolutely furious, but it was right that he had to go. There are 44 members in the lower circle, but does this become a false trust of misunderstanding? Does it mean that you must still trust that person at all costs, although they know that Being has to go? In this case, it comes under a different category of insubordination, because it becomes a mistrust in itself, so they have broken their trust. When does two wrongs make a right? Usually Never! If they cannot see this or are willing to continue to cover it up, how are they going to resolve the problems?

What I got out of it was this! Even if I was Queen of Planta, I would only be dictating down and making decisions, which does not work. If I was a Plantain, I would only be one off 44? Unless I resigned, then would they be back to square one? Things now are more harmonious, but whether they can call pull it off…

There are all going wild over your speech. ``Dada: It was very good. ``Mama: I too enjoyed it. ``Wife: I watch a recording of it, and I am impressed. ``Official: I usually stay neutral, and my wife has said it for me. ``Vanna: Zarfs folks. ``Official: You should be ready to go late afternoon, so you can have another lunch with Advisor, and no one could guess where you went. ``Vanna: Brilliant. ``Official: I am too am very grateful for you finding the problems for us. ``Vanna: As I still have time, I can talk to Advisor in the morning and I have some other ideas. ``Official: He will be quinned to see you, and he will be in early, finalizing the workload.
