It will take time to implement these developments and Uncle is coming back with us to Algol. We hope Okapi and Selina will visit us the their next schedule trip to Algol. ``Tetra: Does that include me? ``Auntie: Zaa. ``Zola: And me, as I too need to see my Mum. ``Vanna: I too and coming, as I am in charge of communications. ``Auntie: Okay. A toast to everyone. Whereas we have bonuses and expenses to us. Therefore I officially recommend, that everything is cancelled out? ``Elder 4: I totally agree. ``Elder 3: Show of hands. Therefore can we make a decision? ``Elder 2: They all highly qualified, and there is little difference between them, so it is difficult. ``Elder 4: I do not recommend Channel 3, owing to discrepancies within their accounts. ``Elder 1: I am not happy with Channel 2 in the way they are promoting things, by creating unnecessary repetition and noise. Therefore I refuse even to watch their channel anymore. ``Elder 2: That is good, as Vanna and Zola will get Network 10, officially. ``Vanna: Zarfs Qualla, and it is difficult to stay quiet, but they have always been supportive of us. ``Elder 3: Approved, chair. ``Elder 1: I Agree and approved. ``Elder 3: We now come to Space travel expenditure. ``Elder 4: This is a new criteria we now have to entertain, but these runs are not cheap and the Girls are aware of this. How are we going to charge or pay for these runs, and what happens when we have free and paying passengers on one flight? ``Leila: Basically, you fund 1 trip per month to Algol, Cepheus and Earth. Each ticket is a set price of ¢5K per seat. If Captain has spare seats, he takes the money, and passes on ¢4K out of the ¢5K to you the Oligarchy. ``Elder 3: Well any other ideas to top it? --- Qaa. Can we have a show of hands? Unanimous, chair. ``Elder 1: We all have had ideas, but this appears to be the most practical solution, so therefore I approve. ``Elder 3: Any other business? ``Vanna: You need to update your transmission cables to the new higher specification, with Data cables Co, as they are only ones who are capable of doing their job properly. ``Elder 4: That means we have to change contractors? ``Leila: In a nutshell zaa, and Vanna was being polite. ``Elder 4: I am sorry, but I am still getting used to the new Vanna. However, Qualla and I will see what our contract is, and get it changed over, as we may have financial clauses. to cope with. ``Vanna: I have had many words with Scotty, and he is disgusted with them, which have caused many additional problems. Neither, do they the clout to deal with such a big contract. ``Elder 3: A show of hands? [Zaa's] Unanimous, chair. ``Elder 1: We still seem to be paying out more than we receive, but I agree we have come this far, so make it happen. Approved. ``Leila: We will be getting some money back under the new licensing contracts, but things happen slowly up here!
