``Ted: Hello and thank you for inviting me. ``Feny: We are all here and here comes the estate agent. ``Agent: Hello. I have the keys and the property is vacant, so let’s go and take a look around. ``Feny: Three bedrooms? ``Agent: yes and two with on suite facilities. ``Feny: Out buildings? ``Agent: The barn needs major work, but the outhouse is okay. ``Feny: Any preservation orders? ``Agent: No. ``Feny: There is some planning permission for additional housing? ``Agent: Yes, but they would only approve 2 houses, which is probably why the property developers, were not interested. ``Feny: Is this because of the wetlands as well? ``Agent: Partly and the woods over the back, they cannot be chopped down. ``Ted: Is there a cellar? ``Agent: A small one. ``Ted: How many garages? ``Agent: 1 normal double garage, and a storage hanger, which is quite big, so let’s go and take a look! ``Cheng: Neighbours? ``Agent: You are not actually overlooked, and you would have to be at the top of the hill before you can see them. There are only two other farmers, one to the west and the other to the south. ``Liang: The woods are to the east? ``Agent: As the sun is in the west, yes. ``Feny: Asking price? ``Agent: 2.5 million. ``Feny: How soon? ``Agent: Not more than 4 weeks. ``Feny: We all agree that it is suitable, and we have 2 million in the bank, so that is what we are willing to offer! ``Agent: I am sure that will be acceptable. ``Feny: Excellent, and we want it rushed through quick. ``Agent: As soon as your payment has cleared, my secretary will personally deal with it, as we do have permission to sell. ``Liang: Good day. ``Agent: It has been a pleasure. Thanks. ``Ted: I like it, and it is excellent all round, and thank you Feny. I will tell the Girls, bye. ``Feny: Bye.

``Kern: What is this I hear that Scotty holding a private meeting to discuss The Girls? ``Qualla: That is good news! ``Kern: Come on! Tell me what is going on? ``Qualla: There are still pockets of resistance who do not accept our alien friends as with Elder 2 and 5. There have been rifts between Vanna and Scotty, and many rebuffs, but we need them all to work as a Team. ``Kern: Blimey, it does not worry me, but I can seen the dilemma. ``Qualla: So what else have you heard? ``Kern: I must admit, it has been a bit quiet lately. So how are you getting on with Yafo? ``Qualla: He is over enthusiastic, but should settle down in due course.

``Selina: Can you please put your boots on and go over to the Adventure playground and move the camera around so we can see more of the wetlands, as the workers have started dredging. ``Tetra: Za Mum. [Gone] ``Selina: As you can see they have started, so where are we going to put all the spare earth? ``Vanna: Leave it on the sides as it will help to form the banks and concentrate the flow of water. And that is without being flippant! ``Selina: Point taken, but it was almost frightening at the time. ``Vanna: It has to be unique and it will give us the edge over the other assault courses. In fact, we can get Jinn over and she can try it out! ``Selina: Excellent idea, and Scotty to! ``Vanna: Now who is being wicked? ``Selina: Metaphorically speaking, of course. ``Vanna: Literally of course! I will have to make it compulsory at our next meeting, whilst he is away. ``Selina: Now who is being wicked? ``Vanna: Just protecting our interests, Mum.

``Tetra: Mum, how is that? [Intercom] ``Vanna: Better, but a little more --- stop. ``Selina: Okay, you can come in now. ``Tetra: Zimo. ``Selina: But still nothing from Scotty? ``Vanna: Qaa, but I am pleased. ``Selina: I am not entirely agreeing with the way you have done things, but it is much harder when it is about yourself. ``Vanna: It is a part of my karma that I have to learn, which is a consequence of being here. ``Selina: And we are all wiser after the event! ``Vanna: As long as we are working in harmony.

Ted: I like it!
