It is the inner mains cable and it is imbedded into the wall so we cannot get at it, as it is not in channelling. ``Vanna: I do not expect this on Cassiopeia. ``Zep: You mean it was built like it? ``Vanna: Zaa. How old is this building? ``Zep: About 15 years old. ``Vanna: Well out of warranty. ``Zep: So how do we fix it? ``Vanna: We will have to bring fresh channelling, all the way throughout. We will bring it down tucked away in the corners. ``Zep: How long will that take? ``Cables: At least four qefs. ``Zep: Oh heck! They say you are trouble! ``Vanna: Health and safety could close you down for that alone. ``Zep: Are you trying to frighten me? ``Cables: It is true. ``Zep: Do it, and I will tell the committee of the news. ``Vanna: Okay it is all yours Cables! It will probably only be a one qef stay, but I can go and see the Tribe.

``Tetra: Your computer is going mad! ``Vanna: Switch it through to Mums quin. ``Beagle: Quano all. They have hit a snag with the foot tunnel. More subsidence and hundreds of rodents in a nest, and they have made many underground tunnels which goes for half a kilometre all more. ``Vanna: I said we have had it too easy. ``Beagle: These extra tunnels go under buildings and gardens, and across the main ways. They will all have to be filled in. ``Tetra: Will the properties know? ``Beagle: That is another issue being raised, but if they did that could go on for years. Therefore they are dispersing with the rodents, and will pump solid foam through these channels, but there is a lot of work involved and the costs go on the bill. ``Selina: In one way it is a good job they found it now otherwise, it could have been a complete disaster. ``Beagle: Agreed, but people do not see it like that. ``Vanna: Keep us informed.
