Alien Escapade º Episode 1285 - The Gathering: Albi, Cook, Dàshî, Feny, Fûrèn, Leila, Liang, Selina, Tetra, Vanna, ~ 10 {Sian Village Hall ~ 25} ``Cook: How lovely to see you again Vanna, and all the others. [Hugs] We too have a few extra, but they are all family, and my daughter Angi, has come home especially to meet you all. ``Vanna: The idea is for everyone to meet everyone else, and we will stay for as long as it takes. Go and talk to Gina and little Nina. ``Fûrèn: It is a wonderful get-together. Dinner will be ready shortly and they are congregating with each other. So get them to start sitting down. ``Dàshî: People are beginning to mix. ``Vanna: Many would like to become more friendlier, so shuffle them around. ``Selina: We have never been like that in our culture, we initially accept them first. ``Fûrèn: It is all down to deceit and our culture is riddled with it. ``Vanna: Take you seats folks, otherwise we will have musical chairs. If I find you are grouping with each other, make sure it is our opposites. Everything will be put on the table so you can select a portion of anything. Try using the chopsticks as they take a little getting use to. [Later] ``Dàshî: Now that you have all been dined, there is some local entertainment as with a traditional dance group, so give them the usually applause. --- ``Vanna: We have been here hours and I thank our hosts for such a wonderful time, and I would like to do this again and again. I hope that being here for hours, is a complement in itself. We have to make our way back as we have to go to the funny farm. So folks, please follow us back to the fángzi. [fángzi or House] `` Dàshî: It has been marvellous and I have learnt a lot today. Please do come back for an encore and I will see what else we can arrange. ``Vanna: My thanks for a harmonious meeting. Can you call up the farm and let them know we are leaving shortly. `` Dàshî: Certainly. ``Vanna: Dàshî and Fûrèn, I do not like say good byes, so it is until we meet again. Cheerio. [Ziggy] ``Vanna: Two hops to Cosmo. I would not want to do this without the security zone. {Cosmo China in flight to Farm ~ 11} ``Albi: Hatches secured. 5 greens. ``Tetra: Jump course for funny farm. ``Vanna: Unlocking orbit. Albi, long range scanning, and we seem to have a window. ``Vanna: Mach 4 and maintain ALT. ``Tetra: Leaving protected zone. --- Overhead. ``Vanna: Locking orbit. Protective mode still on. Powering down. [Ziggy] ``Vanna: two hops to farm and starting first hop. Landing and lifting off for second hop, dropping down, down. ``Fenny: Crikey, what a welcoming committee. It is all or nothing with your culture. ``Vanna: That is the way it goes. ``Liang: Welcome Vanna. ``Vanna: Greetings Liang. {Corley Farm 10} ``Feny: We do not see you so often! ``Vanna: We are baffled how we can help you at times, and it is the high risk of security which puts us off coming at times. ``Feny: I accept all that, but can you come more often? ``Leila: Feny, I have been moaning. ``Vanna: I have been busy in other worlds and two especially needed our help. I have also been setting up a security group in 5 other worlds to help keep the peace. Hopefully now I will have more time to come back down. ``Leila: Hooray. ``Vanna: We have one of the three fastest ships in the known universe and we will be able to go even faster shortly, with help from our Saucer Manufacturer. We will be up able to gain Mach 5000. ``Leila: Hey! ``Vanna: It is difficult to draw a fine line, although it only takes 6 hours now to get down. ``Feny: That is incredible. ``Liang: We are lucky to get Mach 3 let alone Mach 3000. Vanna: Our present speed is 2,450,000Km per hour. ``Liang: You make it sound so easy. ``Vanna: The others do not complain and we are a development ship. Cont.
