``Beagle: The twin SCANDA system is installed at both ends, but they are having trouble interfacing it with our computers. ``Vanna: Brilliant. ``Beagle: They are having to get their development engineer to redesign their interface. So they left the old system running, which also does not interface properly with their system at Fleet's end. ``Vanna: They could have two problems here. Moreover, we have dictated the terms and conditions and not them any more. We have enclosed our specification, so if they have either not bothered to read it or they have ignored it or both. Therefore it is their problem. It is so typical of the Cepheusians. ``Beagle: I too have told them that this is unacceptable, and they are under contract to fix it and quickly. ``Vanna: They certainly dictated to us about the reflections. ``Beagle: Zaa, and neither did they like being dictated too. ``Vanna: They have got away with things for far too long. ``Beagle: I have advised Fleet, and I have had words with Board, and they are both leaving it to us to resolve. ``Vanna: I have just sacked a worker in Cepheus, but this could become more interesting. ``Beagle: That is typical of you! ``Vanna: No one messes me around! We can get a system from Planet-Q. So they have only one week!

``Beagle: The chimney has gone at Fleet. Maintenance are extending the cross runway, and 10 trees have been removed. ``Vanna: Wonderful so we can take things easy for a change? ``Beagle: Mod, have started work on the foot tunnel, but once they have done an initial survey they want to see us for a one to one meeting. ``Vanna: Okay. We should be going to Planet-Q, so we can do it on the way. In fact, I think will get going now, a qef early. Zimo. Keep pushing Cepheus as they will sit on it.

``Vanna: Nacre and Riss, you are free to do what you like, as we have problems to resolve, because what Beings say and what the mean are two different things. ``Riss: We are happy with that. Is it two nights? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Nacre: We did not get far last time, so we have plenty to do. ``Vanna: Excellent. ``Selina: I heard that! ``Vanna: Mum, I am concerned that Cepheus will let us down again, so I have to source an alternative SCANDA system, as it is my head on the block. Go and talk to Nacra and Riss, as you can keep each other company and perhaps go out with them for a pair of qefs. ``Selina: Okay.

``Master: I am intrigued that you are going after an alternative SCANDA system. ``Vanna: Yours will have to be updated soon! ``Master: I have been talking to the committee, as we too do need a lot of upgrading at Space Dock, and we will need your advice. ``Vanna: How nice. Hobbs City, are very quiet. They still need a new leader, as they cannot agree among themselves. ``Vanna: There is, always me! ``Master: You have been mentioned a few times, and most still prefer a Bear, but they will have to give in shortly. The retired old Boss is being called back in. He is 620 years of age, but is still active, and he is up to date on matters. ``Vanna: That will become interesting. We need to buy at least one more Vulcan and take one home with us, so I need you to be with us, as it is better in numbers. ``Master: I am thinking of selling my Vulcan and getting an S182. ``Vanna: That is a very sensible proposition and would be a wise decision.
