``Masan: Where have you been this time? ``Vanna: Algol to sort out some old and new problems and Cables has been laying 10Km of cable. ``Masan: The top three floors appear to be working okay. ``Vanna: We can get the three cameras up and working, into the security office, so you can take the scaffolding down. Our Captain is coming back early as he has another run to do. However we will be back shortly to carry on.

{Chamber of E4, Udal ~ 2}
``Udal: It is certainly nice to see you, and I gave up ages ago trying to keep up with you. ``Vanna: It has been hectic, and I was called in as soon as I landed in Algol. ``Udal: What for? ``Vanna: I have been commissioned to sort out Algol Space Dock. ``Udal: Blimey that is much bigger than ours. ``Vanna: Zaa, and major problems. ``Udal: I wish you the best. ``Vanna: Zarfs. I have come to see you about broadcasting rights. ``Udal: Go on! ``Vanna: We can now transmit and receive TVO'S from Planet-Q, but the system is getting complicated. I think Network 10 should automatically get the rights, but how can we charge them, as there would not be many wanting the service. ``Udal: I did bring it up in committee and they were quite happy with the present license fee we are charging them at ¢100K per year. ``Vanna: In that case let us chuck anything else in for free, as it has to be official? ``Udal: That is respectable solution.

``Vanna: Therefore I think I should be paid a small commission for setting this all up in four worlds for broadcasting rights as I acted on your behalf. ``Udal: Go on! ``Vanna: It is not the money, but just a token of your thanks. So I suggest that I get ¢250 per world, so it is officially in the accounts and the minutes. ``Udal: That is very reasonable, and I will get it approved at the next full meeting.

``Vanna: The next thing is Banking codes. We now have Lacerta on our banking system. ``Udal: You mean it is official? ``Vanna: Zaa. They are doing well, and we have received and sent back transactions. Therefore give them time, because they do not like paying their bills immediately. ``Udal: That is marvellous news. ``Vanna: That means I have also got Cepheus over and Deneb is in test mode, with test transactions. ``Udal: How will I know when this is intergalactic approved? ``Vanna: I do not know, but it will have to come from Planet-Q. ``Udal: This is amazing. ``Vanna: On top of all that we have convinced the Draconians as well. So I have also received and sent transactions. ``Udal: How did you manage all this? ``Vanna: The only thing I ask for is a token of zarfs, as to the same rate? ``Udal: I will make sure you get something out of this, as it is well worth it. So leave it with me. I am over the moon. Zimo.

{Sarka's Place ~ 2}
``Sarka: You are not going to like this! ``Gera: Go on, and I have given up worrying about it. ``Sarka: About time too. Vanna has been awarded ¢2.5K for setting up broadcasting worlds, and another ¢2.5K for setting up intergalactic banking across five worlds. ``Gera: She has worked hard for it, so I do not begrudge her having it. ``Sarka: She has to earn some money somehow. ``Gera: You have changed your tune! ``Sarka: My concern was another scandal, but I know now that is not the case. ``Gera: Okay I concede. ``Sarka: So do I, and what about all these free trips, she has been giving Beings? ``Gera: Skipper did tell me that it is all legitimate and there is a consortium; who are investing funds into a project.

``Farl: How did your find the Draco trip? ``Riss: One does need a bit of excitement of these longs trips and we did a chase, and loop the loop as we were to close. ``Farl: Chela, briefly mentioned it, but would not go into detail. ``Riss: We did forge some new ties with the Draconians, so it was a worthwhile trip.
