[Zarfs] ``Boaz: We know you are busy, so we thought we would catch you now instead of trying to find you or us later. ``Vanna: Accepted. ``Boaz: We have been advised that you are upgrading the Fleet HQ? ``Vanna: Correct. ``Treasurer: What is the development cost? ``Vanna: Well over a ¢million. ``CFI You are updating NOTUS? ``Vanna: Zaa, it is totally out of date. ``CFI: You are a Pilot yourself? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Admin: What worlds have you been to so far? ``Vanna: Seven to date. ``Admin: We are sorry for all the questions, but this is strange for us, and you are our first Cat Pilot. ``Vanna: My younger Sister is also a Cat Pilot, and we have Sadie in Cepheus who is a Cat Pilot and she has her own S182. ``CFI: How many hours do you have on Hoppers? ``Vanna: 470 hours. ``CFI: You also fly Cosmo? ``Vanna: Usually under Pu/t. but I have an extension, so I can fly solo. ``CFI: How the hell did you get that? ``Vanna: It is all legal. ``Admin: What other Docks have you done? ``Vanna: Fleet is my first task of this size, but I have done three hotels and one restaurant. ``Boaz: We had heard. So do you think you are confident to take on a Space Dock? ``Vanna: I have had regular dealings with our Cassiopeia Space Dock, and I have built our own Airbase Dock, which has emergency status and is SAAI approved. Some things are out of my field, but I Have Beagle for backup, and he will call in other experts. ``CFI: Have you had any problems landing here? ``Vanna: Zaa. Neither, are your Controllers properly trained. ``Beagle: I can vouch for that. ``Admin: Quin, go and have a lunch on us, and would you come back and see us at 14th time? ``Vanna: Certus and zimo.

``Beagle: I have never known them to move quickly. They usually sit, on their seats. ``Vanna: I was not expecting the whole committee. So who told them? ``Beagle: It must have been Fleet. ``Vanna: They are all of a similar culture. ``Beagle: It must be bedded into a generation of culture. ``Vanna: Not good.

``Beagle: How are we getting on? ``Vanna: We have all the equipment. Scotty, Albi and Tetra, will be talking to maintenance about getting the cameras up. ``Beagle: They will also be working out where the computers are going. ``Vanna: Excellent, because they can do it if they try. ``Beagle: I suggest we take a walk and get some fresh air? ``Vanna: Zaa.

We too had an informal meeting over dinner, and we have all agreed to offer you a consultancy to upgrade Algol Space Dock. ``Vanna: I initially accept. ``Treasurer: Budget requirement? ``Vanna: Cassiopeia Space Dock ran into ¢2 million and there are many new rules in place, since then. So I cannot see it being much less, but I will only charge you to do the job. ``Boaz: My Sec, will make up a contract, before you leave. Is there anything you would like to add? ``Vanna: I have a habit of finding things along the way, and I will not ignore anything, that has to be fixed. Cont:
