``Vanna: I have been out for nearly 12 oras. I certainly needed it, and I will prepare myself some instant beans, I think we were all overwhelmed with their beautiful hospitality, it helped to put us in wonderland. I wonder what mails I have? A confirmation from Maury. I will mail our Captain as it is early and get on the morning flight to Hobbs City. Sent. I have the Hotel data, and it is bigger than the Citadel, although we are a small city which is growing for visiting traffic. A mail, back from our Captain. Confirmed. We need some other changes made as well and Health and Safety are going mad, so I have told them that I have called you in, and they have given me 4 wesks to make some changes. ``Vanna: What is the problem with your present broadcasting company? ``Maura: They want a lot of money to renew all the cabling and they also want to double their charges. Therefore I have extended the old contract by one month at a time. ``Vanna: It will cost you a lot more than the Citadel. ``Maura: I know, but they still cannot offer us Algol and Cepheus and only a couple of film channels. ``Vanna: Okay, show me around everywhere quin. ``Maura: Certus. ``Vanna: You have 12 floors and rooms vary from 11 to 15? ``Maura: Some are luxury suites. ``Vanna: 2 lifts and how old? ``Maura: They are the originals, and are on contract service, but they have suggested getting some new ones in. ``Vanna: Basement? ``Maura: Zaa. ``Vanna: How much spare room do you have down here? ``Maura: We can make some room, as a lot of it can go. ``Vanna: Now the roof. ``Maura: Zaa. ``Vanna: Just what I thought. I need to enter an empty bedroom, on the top floor. ``Maura: Zaa. ``Vanna: Which floors, are use most? ``Maura: Floor 2 to 5. ``Vanna: Okay let me see a room on floor 4 quin. ``Maura: Zaa. ``Vanna: How many cameras do you want? ``Maura: 5. ``Vanna: I think we will need a chat back in your Office? ``Maura: Zaa. ``Vanna: How much are you willing to submit to redevelopment? ``Maura: ¢250K. ``Vanna: You will have to double it, owing to Health and Safety.
