Manager, Scotty, Tetra, Vanna, ~ 04

{Vanna's Trullo, Meeting ~ 5}
``Vanna: I have called this meeting to discuss future developments. Firstly Mob and Scotty. The camera is in the wrong place at Hopper-dock! So move the lot to the south east side so we can see the Vulcan and the bridge to the terminal building, and we can rotate the camera and see SP9. ``Scotty: The cable is not long enough! ``Vanna: Well, get Cables over and get it fixed now, we need it. ``Scotty: All right then.

``Vanna: Secondly the Mob, are already making changes to SP7 and SP8 owing to specifications changes. Therefore the cameras will need realignment. ``Scotty: Agreed. ``Vanna: Tetra, we still do not have our security camera on our computers! ``Tetra: This is strange and I think we will need another 8-way port, especially with the new cable run. ``Vanna: Therefore Scotty and Tetra, I need it updated regardless. There will be a new cable going in, from Network 10 to the Hotel, and we need our own access to this, to maintain independency. Suggestions? ``Tetra: It might as well be added to the new cable being laid for our security link, as that is low data usage, for Atlantic City Space Dock visual link up. ``Vanna: I concur which means we will divert our cable run via Satlink HQ to the Hotel and then onto Fundus.

Scotty, the computers? ``Scotty: I can get ¢100 discount on all machines if I buy, 1,000 plus computers. ``Vanna: Marvellous. We will need at least 3 cameras, 1) Reception; 2) Parki; 3) Roof. ``The total height of the Hotel is 33m, and there are 10 rooms on 10 floors. So Cables will have the job to replace everything. This will mean 10Km of cable, but that is all going in at our 1362 specification, which will quinned the fire regulators. So what else have I missed, before I go and start confirming orders? ``Scotty: You will need another computer here. ``Vanna: Zaa, so get another one in quin. Okay it is instant beans break, and come up with any snags! ``Scotty: How about having our own relay dish on top of ATC, to Atlantic City Dock? ``Tetra: Cool. ``Vanna: That is a possibility, but funds would not run to it.

``Tetra: When is Master coming over? ``Vanna: I hope tomorrow, as we have a new Cat Captain called Sadie. ``Tetra: Wow that is more like it. ``Scotty: [Gruff] ``Vanna: Tetra and Zola have already updated their licenses at SAA, so they are beginning to get used to us. In fact, I will get Sadie over there tomorrow, to updates hers. So you can all come for a flight tomorrow. ``Tetra: I have no skool so I will come. ``Vanna: Scotty, be here by 10th time, and offer it to Mum and mail Zola quin. ``Tetra: Zaa. Albi? ``Vanna: Zaa, but this is a training flight. Okay, folks that is it as I am out of here. Zimo all.

{Hotel Citadel ~ 2}
``Manager: Zenden Vanna. ``Vanna: Zenden. We have worked out a plan and initial costs and we are ready to start implementing it, as soon as we get the green light from yourself. ``Manager: You have certainly been quick, and I have had words with our committee and they have all agreed. ``Vanna: I have done you a draft of estimate of costs. Leila thinks that if you charged your customers another ¢5 per night each you should have your investment back in one year. ``Manager: You have done your homework. How do you want to proceed? ``Vanna: I would suggest a confirmation document, and a ¢1K consultation fee. ``Manager: That is fine, but we do have to clear Health and safety and fire regulations. ``Vanna: I will be talking to them on a regular basis, and I am putting our special cable which supersedes all fire regulations. ``Manager: Excellent. ``Vanna: Lastly Network 10, have the contract for broadcasting rights, but they are only allow to charged for their special channels. All TVO channels are free. However we own the licence with them, so we have the over-riding authority in all cases. We will need at least 4 security passes with no restrictions. ``Manager: We can get that all done now, so come and a have light lunch with me?
