However if Tetra gets her Missy, we can both go up and dock together, one on top and one below, and you can come up without Master or Pilot, otherwise I am snookered. ``Clerk: Cosmo1 Vs the Courts, 1st hearing of 3. ``Advocate: I represent Dr Kali, Master and Vanna who is the new legal owner of Cosmo1. ``Solicitor: I represent the Agents. ``Judge: This is an unusual case where we acted in innocence, from the information received and the required 6 months period, where there had been no response from any Being or any company to allegedly own the Saucer, Cosmo1. Therefore we were given false information by some unscrupulous Beings so documentation could be raised to cover up their evil doings. Agents have you paid the money over to a third party? ``Agents: We did, but we raised a court order to the bank as soon as we were advised of the suspicious circumstances and were able to claw it back, before they had time to claim it. ``Judge: Where was this money heading for? ``Agents: Cepheus. ``Judge: Where is this money now? ``Agents: We have transferred it into your Court's account. ``Judge: Excellent.

Therefore I approve this first stage of the three part application, and it will now be transferred to claims for body retrieval compensation, under court insurance claims.
