``Skipper: Zibo all, and zenden. I am Skipper, and it will take me a few qefs to get to know you all, so please bear with me. The first thing we need to do is to go through Air law. You have to have it before you can officially start training on the S172. We will be heavily into this until you have all passed the exam. After lunch, we will have a question and answer session to find out your strength and weaknesses, and what particular skills you have in mind. Pilots need patience skills, because they are usually rough on the controls, and I watched you come in. The S172 Saucer is a lovely machine, if you treat it right. Have you all had a copy of the new NOTUS of our zone? ``A-Pilot: Qaa. ``Skipper. We will be doing everything by the book, and that is a part of air law, so you are not getting off to a good start. I will pass it around and I give you 10 units to familiarise yourself, with the changes. The outer marker is essential, as it can get busy.

``Riss: We have been invited to go on the Cepheus trip. ``Nacra: Great, but everyone is complaining that it is a real endurance test. ``Riss: 2 qefs out; 2 qef stay; and 2 plus qefs back. ``Nacra: Would it be easier to have 1 night in Cepheus, as we have to come back at Mach 9. ``Riss: We will pass it to our Captain, when he comes in, but we will only get 1 qef notice, and all our lot are going. ``Nacra: Well, it will have to be, what has to be. I would only waste my time doing other things. ``Riss: You will have Dalbir and I will have Kirin on board, so it should ease the problems. ``Nacra: If the Bears can cope. ``Riss: It may get interesting. ``Nacra: And we will know everyone else. ``Riss: I will write a report and put it on his desk. ``Nacra: Splendid idea. So what games do you like playing? ``Riss: Cassiopeian Checkers.

{Vanna's Trullo ~ 1}
``Vanna: A mail message in from Carrell. Subject - Visit. !!Dear Vanna and Zola, I would like to come and visit you for a few qefs, so can you fit me in quin? Kind regards Carrell. Absolutely. I will reply. Dear Carrell, zenden and you are most welcome to come anytime. I will automatically arrange with our Captain, for you to be on our next trip, but if you can get here sooner the better. There are two more trips arranged. One to Cepheus and 1 to Earth, which you can come on, so make it happen. Kind regards, Vanna.

(Skipper's Place ~ 2}
``Skipper: I am going to Cepheus in 2 qefs time. ``Jabo: I would not mind going. ``Skipper: You are welcome to come, but it is not an easy journey. ``Jabo: I will only get bored being at home. ``Skipper: It is 2 qefs out, 2qefs stay and a longer 2 qefs back. ``Jabo: I will do it, if we can put up with each other. ``Skipper: Zaa we can, but bring a book to read, as there will be many quiet times. ``Jabo: Okay, I will rearrange my workload as I am on holiday. How are the fish doing? ``Skipper: I am slowly filling up the new pond so I can check for leaks, but then I will let the water stagnate for a week, before planting.

{Zola's Place ~ 2}
``Dobra: I have been up in Fluffy a couple of times and in Nelly, but why not yours in Curly? ``Zola: The weather has been too risky, and I am still on low hours, but we can go up now? ``Dobra: That is more like it? As Vanna is quiet, let us drop in on her? ``Zola: Okay, and I have not seen her for a pair of qefs.

{Vanna's Trullo ~ 2}
``Zola: Curly to Trullo, over. ``Vanna: Trullo to Curly, pass your message, over. ``Zola: Curly to Trullo permission to land, over. ``Vanna: Trullo to Curly, confirmed.
