Alien Escapade º Episode 0705 - The Devious: Captain, Dobra, Leno, Jarry, Kirin, Leila, Selina, Tetra, Vanna, Zola, ~ 10 {V001 Citadel in transit to Cepheus ~ 5} ``Jarry: Can we all settle down quin, as we want to get going? --- Drawbridge up, 4 greens. ``Captain: A nice gentle lift off and let us hear that torque building up. ``Kirin: Zaa Captain. ``Zola: That was a clever stunt you pulled, by not telling anyone that you had ordered the Rattle Snakes! ``Vanna: That is life for you! It did drop my bank balance, but with the Algolian compensation coming in, it had to happen. ``Zola: Is this because you are like your sister, and you will not let her down? ``Vanna: Maybe as there has to be some connection between us, but Tetra went for the S152c and had no money left. ``Zola: So you had to save the day for her? ``Vanna: You could put it in that way. Anyway, there are two trips planned for Cepheus. ``Zola: Will we ever get back to Earth? ``Vanna: Zaa, with a trip into China. ``Selina: When did you plan all this, as it appears that everyone was left out? ``Vanna: Correct. I decided I wanted it, and I was going to have it. ``Selina: You two sisters are as bad as each other. ``Vanna: Quite possibly, however, I wanted to impress Planet-Q that we are capable of achieving the impossible solutions. ``Selina: So you are using each other, to help you to gain your own goals? ``Vanna: That is a good way at looking at the scenario. ``Selina: Does Tetra know this? ``Vanna: Qaa, not consciously. ``Selina: So what are you getting for your money? ``Vanna: 2 working Shuttle Snakes and all the spares, as we are taking their whole stock. ``Selina: Is this why the runway is being built in Shuttle Close? ``Vanna: Zaa. I did get a sneaky deal done with the Mob as well, who I have paid to do some extra work on overtime, and they have got me a lot of old things from Space Dock, which are being refurbished. ``Selina: I do not know what to say. ``Vanna: Honestly Mum, and I may have said this before, but I did not plan this, it just happened. ``Tetra: How come you did not tell anyone? ``Vanna: I said to you, you can work it out, but you did not resolve the puzzle. ``Tetra: You win. ``Vanna: If you want to be better than me, you should have been able to work it out, from the cryptic clues. ``Tetra: I forgot all about it. ``Vanna: You have to learn to be in control of what you are doing. ``Tetra: Noted. ``Vanna: Are you quinned? ``Tetra: Zaa. Who is going to fly them? ``Vanna: Malcolm as he is used to this older style of ship. ``Tetra: I need to talk to Leno, zimo. ``Leila: I take my hat off to you, as you have caught them all on the hop. `Vanna: Zarfs Leila, I have been scheming it up for qefs. ``Leila: Neither did you tell Zola. ``Vanna: Qaa. And it is Just to keep an edge, and the Captain was taken aback, but he did not show his emotions. ``Leila: Bears don't usually anyway. ``Vanna: What is Malcolm like? ``Leila: He can, but he usually goes sensitive. ``Vanna: A compromise. ``Tetra: Do you realize what this means? ``Leno: Qaa: ``Tetra: I will need to become a Test Pilot so I can fly anything. ``Leno: That will take you 20 years. ``Tetra: Exactly that. ``Leno: I do not think you will ever settle down. ``Tetra: It is looking that way. I have too many better things to do in life, and what is a hundred years of our lives? It is just peanuts in time. ``Leno: I certainly want a ride in this Rattle Snake. ``Tetra: It is smaller than the Eagle, but we may be able to lift one of them off, as they are both flyable. ``Kirin: Even Skipper and Nacra were all beaten on this one. You certainly get a star for being clever, and will they live it down? ``Vanna: They will ignore it so everyone forgets about it. I have to admit, it did turn out better than expected. ``Kirin: Riss said it was cheeky. ``Vanna: It reminds me docking on the Vulcan on SP6. How are we going to implement the runway into the zone? ``Kirin: It has been mentioned and we will need to have a briefing on suggestions. ``Vanna: Runway 8, emergency diversionary runway, can cater for all requirements, Call on Cassiopeian Distressed beacon frequency. ``Kirin: Hey!
