``Captain: Carrell, is coming with us in the Saucer, and later we will have a piggyback exercise. ``Carrell: We will need a flat wide tool to ease the plates off. ``Tetra: You will need a pair of suction grips to hold the plate stable. ``Captain: Beagles, we will wait, so can you go and buy some equipment quin? ``Beagle: Zaa. half time. ``Carrell: Those bolts were difficult to loosen, so I rather have continued with the other plate first, as we dispersed a lot of additional oxygen. ``Captain: Fine by me, and we have one spare space suit and I believe you to have one? ``Carrell: Zaa. We come back, swap oxygen packs, and go back out again, leaving Jarry, to recharge the packs. --- ``Beagle: Here you are. ``Captain: Zarfs, Eagle. We are going for lift off and see you up there. ``Beagle: Confirmed, but keep to the far side so it is not drifting towards us. ``Captain: Confirmed.

``Carrell: Okay, we have managed to get the first plate off, and I can see the old battery unit. I rather try and get this second plate off first, as agreed, so lads help me, quin. I will hold it on the bolts, and you two can laver the pressure, and it is moving. ``Kirin: We will get them all loosened off first. ``Dalbir: These are shorter length bolts, so be careful. ``Kirin: That is, all 10 bolts loosened. ``Carrell: I will undo them and Dalbir can hold the bag. ``Kirin: All the bolts are out Captain, and now to get the plate off. ``Dalbir: Stop! Danger! It is all corroded inside as the fuel had been seeping through, and we will need a new plate made as well. ``Beagle: That is easily done, but do not get it near your space suits, as you could be in seconds. Put it in the bag and keep it on a long lead, and pull it back to the Saucer, as we have a special container for it. ``Carrell: Zaa, Beagle. ``Captain: All 3 of you, back to the Saucer now! ``Kirin: Zaa, Captain: ``Dalbir: Zaa, Captain. ``Carrell: Zaa Captain, returning to Vulcan.

``Captain: There is a compulsory 1-hour rest period. Tetra and Vanna will do the food, as -|- Vanna: Captain, you can ask us to do the snacks, but you have no right to tell us what to do! ``Captain: You win, and I am sorry. Quin, will you do the food? ``Vanna: Zaa, come on Tetra. ``Captain: Jarry, will recharge the packs. ``Jarry: The trio are all ready to go again, Captain. ``Captain: Proceed, and take it easy out there.

``Carrell: We will have to laver this unit out, so Dalbir you take the other side, quin. ``Dalbir: Certus. ``Kirin: I will stop it from falling into space. ``Carrell: This too looks corroded, although it has been up here for decades. ``Dalbir: I will unplug the socket, and Carrell can you ease out the other side? ``Carrell: Certus. Ready Kirin? ``Kirin: Zaa. ``Carrell: You have it. ``Kirin: Got it. ``Dalbir: Now for the new pack --- The plug is in the socket and now we have to wiggle it in, as it is a very tight fit. ``Carrell: We will nudge it in, a bit at a time. ``Dalbir: Done it. ``Carrell: I will set the master switch to on. ``Dalbir: Nothing. ``Carrell: Let us move on. There will be toxic gasses in the fuel tank, so we must take care as it is very fragile and we cannot afford to puncture it further. ``Dalbir: Ready Kirin? ``Kirin: Zaa. ``Carrell: Connect the jumper pipe, Dalbir. ``Dalbir: Screwing up the link pipe. Disconnecting the old pipe. --- Now replacing it with the new pipe. --- Disconnecting the jumper pipe. ``Carrell: Let us ease it in, and we appear to have done it. Cont.
