``Qualla: Zeno Liang and Feny, you are both to come with me now, to see our Dr Kali, owing to your health problem. ``Liang: Yes, of course. ``Feny: Thank you, and this is most appreciated.

{Medics of Dr Kali ~ 4 + Liang} - [1st Meeting]
``Dr Kali: Zenden Liang & Feny, I am Dr Kali. [Zenden] Your blood pressure is high and there are some strange looking properties in your blood stream which other Earthlings may not have. ``Liang: I did not know that it was, so bad. ``Dr Kali: This is deadly serious and you may not get home at this rate, because of the additional G-forces which are inflicted upon you going back to Earth, are far worse. ``Liang: No one has ever told me about this. ``Dr Kali: It appears that you could have blood poisoning and may need a transfusion. ``Liang: You're joking? ``Dr Kali: However, I will know more when I get the results back from the lab, so you must come and see me tomorrow. In the meantime I have put you in to see Dr Poult. Zimo.

{Medics of Dr Poult ~ 4 + Liang} - [1st Meeting]
``Dr Poult: I am Dr Poult and you are Liang and Feny, zenden. [Zenden] Our Captain is very concerned about your health, and Dr Kali is concerned about your mental attitude, and why you cannot deal with this simple situation. ``Liang: I did not know it was that serious. It is like smoking, you just do it. ``Dr Poult: Smoking! This could lead you into a 'heart-attack'. ``Feny: I think that is a bit strong! ``Dr Poult: This is no laughing matter, and Dr Kali thinks you could be on borrowed time. So what has caused it? ``Liang: Stress and divorce. ``Dr Poult: You say that you are over that? ``Feny: Yes he is, but we both have hectic lives. ``Dr Poult: That now has to change, neither are you getting any younger. Are you willing to stop the drinking? ``Liang: Yes. ``Dr Poult: Good. You need to start walking 5Km a day, and drink plenty of coffee. ``Feny: I will make sure he does. ``Dr Poult: I want to see you tomorrow at the same time, after seeing Dr Kali. Zimo.

{Elders Conference Room + Incus ~ 4}
``Vanna: Did you enjoy your holiday? ``Incus: Zaa zaffre, my Bearfriend and I, went to West Hobbs as Duka likes rock climbing, and I went off sightseeing and we met up in the evenings. ``Zola: What a lovely compromise. ``Incus: There will be a 10 specs delay between satellites. We use a digital sword tooth waveform against your sine wave modulation. Therefore if I can simulate a composite video waveform, I might be able to make them to talk together. ``Qualla: Is there any other way? ``Incus: I could send the specification of the Earth's system off to the Algol technical Bod, and see what they can come up with as a form of a patch, if they will answer our questions. ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Zola: Nick one of Earth's old satellites, and take the parts out of it. [Laughter - Hah, ha] ``Vanna: I love it, and I owe you lunch for that. It is a brilliant idea, and we will have to go and see our Captain to ask him. ``Zola: A job for the Vulcan? ``Qualla: You mean it? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Zola: Zaa. ``Qualla: Could our Captain actually do it? ``Vanna: If our Captain is willing to, then zaa. ``Qualla: I will have words with him later. ``Incus: It is only that they have run out of propellant or battery life. If we can catch it, we can easily get it working again and it will become even better. ``Vanna: Incus, get that off now to Algol. ``Zola: Where are you taking me for lunch? ``Vanna: Venerdi Restaurant? ``Zola: Zaa, and that will do me nicely. ``Vanna: Zimo all.

{Gera's Place + Sheriff ~ 2}
[Knock, knock] ``Sheriff: Zeno Gera. ``Gera: Quiff Sheriff. ``Sheriff: I am afraid it is bad news, and I have a job to do. ``Gera; What are you on about? ``Sheriff: There has been another accusation made against you, so I will have to put you back on, 'under caution'. ``Gera: Typical. ``Sheriff: That is the good news, because you will have to come now to the outpost with me and I will need ¢10K bond. ``Gera: And that is gratitude?
