Alien Escapade º Episode 0564 - The Whirlwind: Selina, Tetra, Vanna, Zola, ~ 04 {Vanna’s Trullo ~ 2} - [Next Morning] ``Vanna: Zila, zila. I will drop you off home, and I will carry on and go and see Mum. ``Zola: Fine. We have done well. ``Vanna: I have not had time to think about it yet, but we should get a rest this time, going to Planet-Q. ``Zola: It is only 2 qefs away. ``Vanna: As long as nothing else crops up. --- Let us go. ``Zola: I thought that beacon would have found us much sooner. ``Vanna: It is only low powered, because we would be using more energy than we are charging back. That is why Dalbir, has the bigger model. [Hops to Sandalwood Fundus] ``Vanna: Nelly to Zola’s Pad. Dropping down. Down. --- Zimo --- Nelly to Pad. Touch and go, lifting off. --- Nelly to Fundus, over. ``Tetra: Fundus to Nelly, pass your message. ``Vanna: request permission to land, over. ``Tetra: Approved Nelly, but be aware of gusts of wind up to 20 knots, over. ``Vanna: Confirmed. --- Wow, I have got a whirlwind. Nelly to Fundus, aborting landing, will return shortly. ``Tetra: Confirmed. ``Vanna: It is too risky to go and see Uncle, so I will take a trip south, and put Nelly on autopilot, so I can take a close look at SCANDA. There is a red patch on the screen, so that must be the whirlwind, but it is coming this way, so I better turn west, and now north west, and circle around it. ``Tetra: Fundus to Nelly, are you okay or are you off course? You are 25 Km west north west, over. ``Vanna: Nelly to Fundus, confirmed okay, circling around from the north for a retry, over. -|- ``Selina: What is going on? -|-``Tetra: Fundus to Nelly, excellent. --- ``Vanna: Nelly to Fundus, dropping down, over. ``Tetra: Fundus to Nelly, negative. I am still not happy with the tail of this whirlwind, over. ``Vanna: Nelly to Fundus, I will take a trip around Trig Mountain and come back, over. ``Tetra: Confirmed. ``Vanna: It is still on the edge of my screen, so Tetra is spot on again. Ah! Now it has gone. Nelly to Fundus, permission to land, over. ``Tetra: Fundus to Nelly, confirmed, wind has changed to south west at 10 knots. ``Vanna: Checking windsock and confirmed. Touching down. Down. Blimey, that was an interesting exercise. {Sandalwood Fundus ~ 3} ``Selina: Croak Beans and a Rock cake, that you both deserve. ``Vanna: I thought Tetra was having a joke on me, but I shortly realized, that she was spot on. ``Tetra: Excellent, but I have never seen a whirlwind before, and it took me a while to suss out what it was, and I had to look it up in the book. ``Selina: I am pleased with you both. ``Vanna: I needed that. ``Selina: So how are we, as we have not seen you for a while? ``Vanna: I need a few days to unwind, before I can conclude on any findings. I hope I can take it easy on our Planet-Q trip in 2 qefs time. ``Selina: That is what I needed to know. So how many are going now Leila is stuck on Earth? ``Vanna: Good question, and suggestions, as we have one seat spare to make 8. ``Tetra: How about Jota? ``Vanna: Approved. Send a mail top priority, that should find her. ``Tetra: Okay. ``Vanna; I will leave the discussions for a few qefs, as it is high information load. ``Selina: Agreed as it would be the wrong time to make a decision. ``Vanna: Top my drink up, quin. ``Selina: Certus. ``Vanna: Did everyone go off to Algol? ``Selina: Zaa, but father is still here, owing to all seats being taken. I am intrigued why they want to see you in person. ``Vanna: That has been troubling me also, but they have paid my expenses. ``Selina: This is most odd. However you are taking two of our computers, so we can get their expert on them as well? ``Vanna: Zaa. I will leave you to sightsee, although none of us knows what is on their Moon 6. So we may end up taking the Rattle Snake down to Moon 3. ``Selina: It appears to be all top secret. ``Vanna: Correct. -|- ``Tetra: Approved, and I have sent her the instructions. ``Selina: I think you ought to stay here tonight for a rest. ``Vanna: I am like our Captain, that he does need his two qefs off. ``Tetra: You will have the same trouble after we have been on the course. -|- ``Selina: What course? ``Tetra: I am going on the Hopper course in my skool holiday. ``Selina: Approved. ``Vanna: That is what I said. ``Tetra: All three of us, are going together. ``Selina: All 3? ``Vanna: Zaa.
