In their report, there is only one solution available, so we can Hangar the Vulcan. Tetra and Vanna have made aerial sweeps and have supplied fresh fotos. The plateau, needs to be levelled and will back on to the Chopper Dock. The foot bridge will now cater for both, and an extension to the monorail, so there will be east, west and north stations, being the terminal. ``Yafo: Wonderful and this makes logical sense. ``Kirin: I too am in favour. ``Captain: Excellent. In that case, both departments need to put in an application for an extension, with a copy of the bill for consultancy. ``Yafo: This will get my own back on the Oligarchy, in a nice way. ``Captain: Yafo, I would like to co-locate your Secretary to us for 8 hours per week for joint communication, running of our outfits, as I cannot cope anymore. ``Yafo: I am sure Nacra will be delighted with the extra work. Marvellous. {Elders Full Meeting ~ 10} ``Elder 3: This meeting has been brought forward, because of so many changes happening around us, and it is hard to keep in control. Therefore we need to discuss all the points raised and after a short break, decide if this extension application, will receive approval. ``Elder 4: My figures have gone off the scale, as I will have to delay other projects to support this application. Therefore I would like to hear any comments, as it is a huge responsibility on my shoulders. ``Elder 2: We are all in this together, and I appreciate that Udal is aware of the beneficial changes it could bring us, but I do accept we are way over budget. ``Elder 1: Well friends, I was expecting to get a lot of rebuff, and a vote of no confidence in your Chair, but to my surprise, it appears that you are all initially in favour. We did support Yafo, and for the upgrade to Space Dock, and we can see the vast improvements. Now we have Algol on a shuttle run, and I know Captain is eager to get the Cepheus trip going. ``Elder 4: Further to this, I have set aside a further ¢50,000 to cover the necessary upgrade costs, for the Saucer. ``Elder 2: The only other advantage is that we will be the only ones who can go anywhere and at speeds higher than anyone else, which includes Planet Q. ``Elder 3: Therefore can I take it on a show of hands, all those in favour? I know that everyone is working together to make this happen, and we are achieving things in specialized tasks. They will explain the unusual set of circumstances on their next visit, but they too have been able to land in another world. ``Feny: They did mention this, so they have actually achieved it? ``Keith: Yes, and it has been a very emotional time for all of them. ``Feny: Wonderful news. ``Keith: More upgrades are being made to their Saucer, which means there are a few additional delays, but they are eager to come down shortly.
