Jarry, full cross-checks. ``Jarry: Zaa. ``Kirin: Where did you find that? ``Captain: In the tool kit. ``Kirin: Oh heck, none of us thought of it. ``Captain: Qaa, only Tetra. Anyway let us analyse the graph print outs. ``Captain: Kirin: If this is correct, we have made good progress. ``Jarry: All satisfactory here, Captain. ``Captain: Okay Kirin, drop down to Mach 9. ``Jarry: Pressure change, but just about in limits. ``Captain: Push the gamma up by 10% on the ventilation to compensate. ``Jarry: Zaa Captain. ``Captain: Mach 4. ``Kirin: I can feel the drag. ``Captain: So can, I. Mach 1. ``Okay, drop Hyperdrive and increase to Mach 9. ``Kirin: I can now feel the pull. ``Jarry: Me too. ``Captain: Send our precise anticipated co-ordinates of this holding point, to the new 14 digit sequence. ``Jarry: Zaa, Captain. ``Captain: [Intercom] Tetra to the bridge, quin. ---
``Tetra: Zaa Captain. ``Captain: We have put the graph up on your display, and if would like to do a cross check, we can try a cross-calibration check with the navigational computers. ``Tetra: They are logical and feasible, but I will need a while longer to analyse. --- ``Kirin: Our computers are saying we need a 5º turn to Port. ``Tetra: We certainly do have to go south. ``Captain: Distance? ``Tetra: Another 1-hour at Mach 14. ``Captain: Okay, we all have a break for a snack now. ``Jarry: I am hungry. ``Captain: I too feel more peckish. ``Kirin: So am, I. ``Tetra: I will not say, qaa. [Lower Deck] ``Captain: Everything is fine, and we have all joined you for snacks and questions. ``Kirin: I must admit, Kara has done us proud on the food packages. ``Ming: Do we actually know what we are looking for?

``Captain: Qaa. Tetra? ``Tetra: Anything which is not in a context to the surrounding area. Like a dark or light patch, which should be visible. It could look like a cloud of rolling fog. ``Malar: Explain what this means. ``Tetra: Let me show you. Here is our plotted course, and that is where we need to be. ``Malar: Oh, I get it now. ``Vanna: The morale is good. ``Zola: This should be the easy bit, against the next sortie.
[Upper Deck]
``Captain: Drop down to mach 9, and come out of Hyperdrive. ``Kirin: Zaa, Captain. ``Jarry: Sending requested messages. --- We are receiving two in, saying confirmed. ``Captain: I would hope there would be no problems, but from now on anything can happen. Leave her on autopilot [Intercom] ``Captain: Tetra to the Bridge, quin. --- ``Tetra: Zaa, Captain. ``Captain: Okay any thoughts and what is your prediction? ``Kirin: We now stay out of Hyperdrive and scan the area. ``Tetra: I would suggest a further 5º turn to port. As something appears to be distorting our instruments. ``Jarry: I will go and check the graph paper. --- It looks okay. ``Tetra: In that case we are already in it. [Intercom Lower Deck] - [Chitter-chatter] ``Malar: You mean we are close to it? ``Tetra: Zaa. Another course correction? [Upper Deck] ``Tetra: Look at the display, you can see this darker area here and that is where we have to go. ``Captain: Plot a new course. ``Kirin: It will take about 30 units. ``Tetra: Ignore our instruments and just head for the upper side of it. ``Kirin: Look! It looks like an eclipse of light and dark in a tunnel. ``Jarry: Cameras are rolling. ``Tetra: Keep going. [Lower Deck] ``Malar: Ming, have they found it? ``Ming: I think so. ``Qualla: It is amazing. [Upper Deck] ``Captain: Help me out, quin. ``Tetra: Keep going, but keep us high and drop to Mach 9. ``Captain: It is amazing. ``Kirin: Wonderful. ``Jarry: A real mystery. ``Tetra: Anti-glare radiation screen, shields up. Drop to Mach 4. ``Captain: Approved. ``Jarry: Captain, our speed is increasing. ``Tetra: Too late, keep the engines running at Mach 4. ``Jarry: Our speed has increased to Mach 10. ``Captain: We cannot stop now. ``Tetra: Keep her in the middle. ``Kirin: Zaa, Tetra. ``Tetra: It will go dark, so Infra red lighting on. ``Jarry: All lighting units on. Maintaining Mach 10. ``Captain: Continue. ``Tetra: We should see some light shortly, here it comes, and bingo! ``Kirin: Blimey. ``Captain: Fabulous. ``Jarry: Unbelievable. ``Tetra: Our speed will drop back to Mach 4 when we have cleared the void. Cont.
