The problem does go back hundreds of years when our stability in the Cosmos was being threatened by breaks in the time continuum, by wrong-doers who wanted to take over. However we managed to stave off the encounter, but many things were lost in the process. They did attack us from the inside as well as from the outside which made it difficult for us to control the situation, and we never did find many of the perpetrators.

Therefore Counsel, I am able to conclude that DNA structure is indeed linked to the lost Ontogenesis tribe, which were deliberately wiped out. This was an act of sabotage which happened in parallel, in all of our 9 worlds. It was carried out in a very professional way and at the highest level, throughout the cosmos.

I too thank our Gurus, in helping us in piecing this together and they will be rewarded. And to the Chief Elder of the original Ontogenesis tribe, who managed to get though to your Gurus via Scotty to the Girls, who helped out in resolving this case. I have thereby ordered that the Chief is allowed to move up a level. I am thankful that you have enlightened us with two of those Beings where hiepi0 in general had been lost.
