``Executor: Since our official meeting with the IBA, who have been thorough in their investigations, and everyone involved has been quizzed and cautioned by the Sheriff. Naturally we did not accept liability, although we admitted discrepancies within the banking rules. The problem now is what are the IBA going to do? Either we will get a heavy fine or, they will want to dig deeper. In that case, the ‘double act’ will have to be sued. Fortunately most of the money had gone into other banks, so we can hide any of the so-called wrong doing. ``Manager: Therefore we need to take a vote on whether to continue as we are or adopt a change! So can I have a show of hands please in favour to contest? -- =6 -- Those to settle? -- =6 --. A tie again Executor. ``Executor: Therefore I will use my casting vote unless any changes? ``Member: I will change to sue the duo, as long as we settle out of court with the IBA. ``Manager: All in favour? --- Approved. ``Executor: Okay I will instruct Advocates, but this could cost a lot of your bonuses, so is it worth it?

{Vanna’s Trullo Meeting + Cats Only}
``Vanna: I have requested a Cats only meeting here in private to discuss a possible change-around within the Oligarchy. Therefore I have even asked Keith our visitor to go for a long walk. The problem is that when you have a secretary who does such a good job, you would naturally want to keep her in there! However, I personally thank Jota for doing such a good job, but she should have some of her secretarial duties relieved from her role. So over to your suggestions!

``Joya: Why not relieve her from other duties and keep her as secretary? ``Mora: What are we going to do with Qualla’s old job, because we need someone who is independent? ``Jabot: I think it would be better to relieve her of her social duties. ``Leila: There is still a lot of sorting out to do in resolving issues that should have been done, and have been shelved. Therefore we need her as a secretary. ``Zola: The secretary has to be kept on as an Elder who can be trusted. ``Qualla: I think we ought to have a Reception, Liaison Officer who will deal with the general running and act as Relief Officer or Assistant Elder.

``Jota: Well friends, these are encouraging new job descriptions, and as long as I can get my workload down, l would be willing to stay on, although I have been offered a job with the Sheriff. ``Vanna: I would like you to keep the title of Secretary and have a new title for Qualla’s old job of ‘Assistant Elder’. ``Qualla: I am in favour of that. ``Leila: Approved. ``Joya: Approved. ``Mora: Approved. ``Jota: Friends, I accept and Zaffre. ``Vanna: That went far better than I expected, so it is refreshment time folks. ``Leila: That is because us Cats are multi tasking! ``Vanna: Zaa, but the Bears expect it from us all the time!

``Vanna: Happy birthday Sister! ``Tetra: Zarfs Vanna. ``Vanna: Here is a birthday card from Earth. However it was cheaper to bring it, as the post person would never have got here. ``Tetra: And a ¢50 voucher. That will do nicely. ``Vanna: Would you like to show me what else you got? ``Tetra: A few useful things, as I have most of what I need, but this will go towards my holiday with the school of learning. ``Vanna: Excellent idea. ``Tetra: Mum made a big softy cake, and I have saved a piece for you. ``Vanna: Zaffre. --- Scrumptious. The canal arm extension has been approved, so Qualla, should be in touch shortly. ``Tetra: Will there be enough water flow from the Dam to feed it? ``Vanna: A very good question, and it will take a few weeks to fill it up, but that information should give you extra marks. So please keep me informed. They will probably do it in stages, although they will probably raise the flood gates, so I suggest that you go to the Dam and get an update. ``Tetra: Can I go now on my own? ``Vanna: I would think so, as long as Mum knows where you are, but go and ask Mum first. ``Tetra: Okay, I will, zimo.
