``Feny: Hello, come on through, we are in the usual place. ``Liang: Welcome ladies. We have here our Security Advisor, Cheng and Space Advisor, Ding, whom you know. ``Cheng & Ding: Hello. The news is that the US has accepted that they have lost one of their bombers, and we have a copy of the official statement on video, if you would like to watch it? ``Vanna: Yes please. [Ding, presses play].

[US Press Conference ~ 3]
``Military: We have conducted a full investigation and were unable to make any conclusion as to the cause of the incident. Therefore, as they were exceeding the normal limits, testing out the design modifications as test pilots, something must have gone drastically wrong. Both pilots will be listed as heroes, and there will be a special service held in their memory for their dedication to duty. ``Reporter 1: How come that the explosion disintegrated the bomber without any trace? ``Military: We do not know that is the case. ``Reporter 2: I hear there was no visual signature of the bomber! ``Military: We believe they were off course, which is why we could not find any trace of them. And debris would only be found in time, when it comes back down to Earth. Therefore without the recovery of the ‘black box’. We can add nothing more!

``Vanna: Thank you for that and very interesting. We have come up with a plan and many things we wanted to do are too risky for all of us! Moreover, we cannot leave our Saucer on the ground, because of Satellite surveillance systems. Therefore we suggest that you have a ‘night time’ exercise for testing out your new drone equipment. Our Captain will drop us off, and hover for one hour back in orbit, then come back down and pick us up! ``Liang: That sounds reasonable enough. Please continue ``Vanna: We will call you when we are on Earth on our next visit and give you two days notice, so you can put final preparations into place.

In addition, we suggest that you lay a temporary Helipad site on top of your lawn with Rig mats, with the usual windsock. We can land comfortably on that with one spot light facing the house. A 100 Km exclusion zone other than for two military aircraft to maintain the protection of the zone. You may have two military guards, armed on site for your protection. ``Liang: So far so good.

``Vanna: The only problem we have is that you are 8 hours ahead of us, which means it would be daylight. Therefore one idea is to fly over to China, as we did before by plane, and Zola will come straight in direct, and we will leave all together! ``Liang: Cheng? ``Cheng: Okay. ``Liang: Ding? ``Ding: Okay. Liang: I wish other people were as thorough with their plans as you have been. ``Leila: There is bound to be something we have missed, but the concept seems to be workable on both sides. ``Liang: Can you give us a ring tomorrow please and we can confirm initial agreement to arrangements. ``Vanna: Sure.

``Leila: We have brought you a small sample of our hard rock. Even our tools take time to cut through it. The nearest to it, is your Dolerite Rock. ``Liang: Thank you, and this is most appreciated. ``Feny: I will see you out and thank you again for coming in. Byes.

{Safe House ~ 3}
``Vanna: I think we ought to go home! ``Zola: After we have been to the Park. ``Vanna: I am waiting to hear from Keith, because he will hire a van to get the goods up to our East site. ``Leila: Actually the West Site would be better! ``Zola: Agreed. ``Vanna: Okay, send a message to Scotty, and I will cook us a meal. ``Leila: I have sent a Morse message to Scotty. Requesting pickup no suns west site.
