{Safe House ~ 4}
``Zola: Well? ``Vanna: Going to China by private jet is not practical. Therefore there is only one option open to us, and that is for Leila and myself to go via airliner to China, but we will be gone for three days. ``Zola: You must go! ``Vanna: I will arrange for Ted and Sandy to look after you. ``Leila: We want to take you, but the circumstances, makes it too risky and it would be too late if anything did go wrong. ``Zola: When will, this happen? ``Vanna: tomorrow evening. We have another meeting in the morning to clarify things. ``Zola: Okay let’s go and see Mark and Sandy. ``Vanna: What about your Mum? ``Leila: She can cope, for a while!

``Vanna: [On phone] I will ring Sandy. ``Mark: Hello! ``Vanna: I was not sure whether I would catch you in. ``Mark: Ah! Is that Wendy, sorry I am a bit deaf. Here’s Sandy! ``Sandy: Hello! ``Vanna: We need to talk urgently, so can we invite ourselves over? ``Sandy: Is it that urgent? ``Vanna: Very urgent. ``Sandy: Alright then! How soon? ``Vanna: 1 hour? ``Sandy: Okay, I was going to a meeting tonight, but I don’t have to go.

{Sandy & Mark's & House ~ 4} - [1 hour later]
``Sandy: Come on in, and I see Zola is back with us? ``Zola: Good evening. ``Sandy: You have improved. ``Mark: I could even hear that! ``Vanna: I have considered taking you back with us on this trip unannounced, but we need you two and Ted here to help look after Zola for the next three days please. ``Sandy: I do have other commitments that I cannot get out of. ``Leila: That's fine, but we need you to time-share with Zola please until we get back. ``Mark: So where are you going this time? ``Zola: China. ``Sandy: China? What do you reckon? ``Mark: I think we can manage to do that. ``Vanna: Marvellous, I thought you might be going off to Gloucester! ``Sandy: No, we came back in time for swimming last Friday, but you were not there! ``Vanna: It was 4 AM when we landed this morning. So will you swap things around in each others houses please? ``Sandy: The spare bedroom is a tip! ``Vanna: Zola will help you clean it up. ``Zola: Absolutely. ``Leila: Here is an updated list of phone numbers and the address of the safe house. We will not have much time left tomorrow, before we leave, so you can sort it all out between yourselves? ``Sandy: You will ring us tomorrow? ``Vanna: Yes, and my mobile, is always on so please leave yours on.

``Leila: If this all goes well, we should be able to get authorization for you to come up to our world, on the next trip, as you have supported us in our adventures. ``Vanna: The good news is that the flight time is now down to 20 hours. ``Sandy: Good grief! ``Mark: Cor! ``Sandy: Mark you can make the tea, and Zola can follow me upstairs, and we can see what the spare room looks like. --- ``Mark: [Intercom] Teas ready! --- [Thanks]. ``Sandy: Who is paying the bill for this trip? ``Leila: We could never afford to go first class. ``Mark: First class? ``Vanna: This journey is priceless. ``Leila: We have to see Ted on the way back, so we will leave you shortly. ``Sandy: I will have to spend the rest of this evening having a clear out. ``Mark: More stuff for the Charity shop! ``Sandy: You can bag it all up. ``Mark: You have only been putting it off, for the last year. ``Leila: Are you two having another tiff? ``Vanna: You were excused, with your father dying. ``Sandy: Thank you, Wendy. ``Leila: Why can’t Mark do it? ``Sandy: He leaves all those jobs to me.

{Ted’s Bungalow ~ 3}
``Ted: Come on in ladies. ``Vanna: We will clarify things by late tomorrow afternoon, but I am optimistic that we will be on the plane for China by tomorrow evening. So Ted will you please take it in turns looking after Zola for us? ``Ted: Sure. ``Leila: Here is a list of the updated phone numbers, so just sort it out between yourselves. ``Vanna: Please stay the night in our bed as you have the spare key, or the safe house. ``Ted: It is not easy trying to hide an alien. ``Leila: Fortunately it is dark by 4pm. So you can take Zola out for a drive and over to Sandy and Mark’s. ``Ted: Ring me when you get back tomorrow? ``Leila: Sure.
