Alien Escapade ºº Episode 0075 - Bone of Conjecture: Kaon, Leila, Ted, Wendy, ~ 04 {Safe House ~ 4} ``Wendy: Kaon is in the garden working, so I will not disturb him. ``Leila: So far so good on security, but that other garden shed was hidden by overgrown bushes, which is why I missed it the last time. ``Wendy: I will get some lunch on the go, and we have turkey today, with fresh vegetables. ``Leila: Seems good to me, and that sounds like Ted! --- Come on in Ted, and mind the step. ``Ted: Thank you. ``Leila: Anything on the news recently? ``Ted: They have had a temporary climb down on starting WWIII. ``Leila: Everyone I have spoken to, is saying the same thing ‘stop WWIII’. ``Ted: If it does start, it would only end with the destruction of our Earth. ``Leila: Ouch. ``Wendy: Give peace a chance. [They all sit around the table for Dinner] ``Ted: So what do you think of Earth, Kaon? ``Kaon: It is okay, but I would not want to come here for a holiday. ``Ted: That is what Gina said! ``Wendy: Is the food okay? ``Kaon: Yes thank you, but very different to what I am used to. ``Ted: You reckon you can get the Saucer in? ``Wendy: In an emergency. Can you get hold of a landscape gardener quickly, and get them to clear the back garden and the rubble. I have arranged for a skip through the agents. ``Ted: Sure. ``Wendy: Gelato everyone? ``Leila: Just say yes, Kaon. ``Wendy: Here you are. --- Delicious. ``Leila: Kaon, you can clear everything away, and wash up. ``Wendy: We will sit in the lounge and talk about the problems you have created Ted! --- ``Ted: Oh thanks for nothing, after what I went through just to get this. ``Wendy: That is nothing to what is to come. ``Ted: You had better tell me, the worst. ``Wendy: In brief! You have caused 5 meetings to discuss the merits of you coming up! Some were happy for you to come, but others are against. ``Ted: Oh! ``Wendy: The bottom line is that, this is a one off situation and it will never be on offer again to you or anyone else! ``Ted: Why? ``Leila: Because of the rules of Karma. ``Ted: What are they? ``Wendy: What they are willing to do is to synthesize your bone marrow and find something, which will make it grow. This will take a few weeks to cultivate. If it is successful, then you can come up with us, and what will happen is that they will inject it into your bones, which will strengthen your bone structure. This should ease any further deterioration. ``Ted: Blimey, I don’t have much choice, do I? --- Well, I have gone this far so okay I'll do it. ``Wendy: Good, that is settled. ``Ted: They have never ever considered anything like that here! ``Wendy: Our world is much further advanced, but they cannot intervene with your problems. ``Leila: You only got this much, because you are helping us and it has come down from a very high level. ``Ted: Okay, I accept. ``Wendy: At the moment, we are going home, Tuesday evening. Therefore, we will take your box with us. ``Leila: Can you please pop in once a week to clear all the junk mail, so it looks like we are in. ``Ted: Sure. I might stay a while, as it gives me a break from my four walls. ``Wendy: I hope this will cheer you up! --- Ted: What’s this? --- Wendy: Open it! --- Ted: Blimey, some gold nuggets. ``Wendy: This lot came from Central Australia, so it is genuine. I have some more here, but we are taking that to the Pawn Broker. ``Ted: You remembered! That will be nice in my collection of things. Okay I will see you on Tuesday. I must get home, as I have plenty to do. ``Leila: Thanks for coming, Ted. ``Wendy: Bye: ``Kaon: Zimo. ``Wendy: Thank you for your efforts. We will take you for a drive tonight when it gets dark. And you can have a walk around the woods on your own. We will wait in the car. ``Kaon: That will be good. ``Wendy: In the meantime, you are free to do what you like, and we are going out again for an hour. ``Kaon: Fine. ``Leila: Where are we going? ``Wendy: My place. It needs a clean up and I left the windows open yesterday. ``Leila: What we could do, is to dress Kaon up in fancy dress clothes.
